Our founding team built Moveworks (sold for $3B to ServiceNow). We're in production with Fortune 500s and seeing explosive demand.

You'll build the platform our digital workforce runs on — multi-region, multi-tenant, secure by default.

🧠 The Role

Part platform engineer, part internal tools builder, part compliance owner. You'll run the infrastructure our agents operate on across every region we serve, equip the team with leverage tooling, and keep us audit-ready as we land bigger and bigger enterprises.

The challenge: Autonomous agents touching real customer environments raise the bar on infrastructure. Every region, every tenant, every access grant has to be observable, recoverable, and compliant — without slowing the team down. You'll own that surface end-to-end and use AI heavily in your own workflow to do it.

⚙️ What You'll Do

Operate the platform:

• Run Echelon across every region we serve, with full visibility into deployment state across environments.
• Own alerting, monitoring, and observability so issues get caught early and resolved fast.
• Evolve our multi-tenant architecture as we land larger enterprises and enter new geographies.

Build leverage for the team:

• Ship internal tooling that makes engineers, CS, and Sales meaningfully faster.
• Design access flows that are auditable, time-bound, and frictionless.
• Treat AI as a first-class part of every tool you build — MCP servers, agent-driven workflows, Slack-native interfaces.

Make data accessible:

• Surface usage and customer health where the team already works.
