The Role
We’re looking for a ServiceNow AI Delivery Consultant/Architect (Sr Technical Consultant / Architect) who is highly skilled in implementing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions — AND who’s excited to jump in with both feet into the world of AI. What You'll Do
- Work closely with F500 customers to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes and demonstrating AI-powered ServiceNow delivery.
- Co-develop with AI agents that autonomously build catalog items, flows, ATF tests, and documentation based on business requirements
- Train and refine our AI using real-world ServiceNow scenarios, edge cases, and architectural patterns from your experience
- Review AI-generated solutions for quality, best practices, and enterprise readiness providing feedback that directly improves our models
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to build new capabilities (CMDB agents, integration agents, custom app builders)
- Shape delivery standards for AI-generated ServiceNow solutions, ensuring enterprise-grade quality and compliance
Technical Requirements
- 3 to 5 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and configuration
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Scripting (server-side & client-side), Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Performance Analytics
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server)
- Familiarity with at least two of: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow products
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security best practices
